A city steeped in history, perched on a rocky promontory, Saint-Émilion and its vineyards draw their originality from the limestone that has shaped their identity. Witness the 200 km of underground galleries that provided the limestone needed for the construction of many of the region's buildings, including Bordeaux.

Next, we'll explore Château La Croizille, a state-of-the-art estate. You'll learn about the differences in production and enjoy a unique panoramic view of the Saint-Émilion appellation.
In the afternoon, we leave Saint Emilion behind to continue through the Bordeaux vineyards. We follow the Dordogne to Saint Jean de Blaignac.
